Produced by Tigby Hill Vintage, the market was founded by Peter Torres and Mary Panzarino-Torres, who moved to the foothills from Los Angeles in 2016 and saw an opportunity to bring a true vintage flea market to the Gold Country. The market enforces a strict “vintage integrity” policy—only antiques, vintage goods, and collectibles are allowed, with no new merchandise or crafts.
