An Evening under the STARS is an annual fundraising dinner held in the historic village of Volcano. The event features a gourmet multi-course meal, fine local wines, craft beer, live music, dancing under the night sky, a silent auction, and exciting raffles. All proceeds benefit Amador STARS, a local nonprofit.
The 2024 event drew 130 guests and raised over $50,000 for Amador STARS. The evening begins with a reception at Amory Hall featuring hors d’oeuvres from local restaurants and wineries, followed by a chef-prepared dinner and entertainment throughout the night.
