Crab Feed (Upcountry Rotary)

The Rotary Club of Amador Upcountry hosts an annual Crab Feed at Our Lady of the Pines Community Hall in Pioneer, typically held on the third Saturday in January. The event features all-you-can-eat crab along with the club’s signature clam chowder, prepared using a secret recipe that requires at least four hours to cook.

Proceeds from the Crab Feed support the club’s community service projects, including vocational scholarships and youth leadership camp sponsorships. The 39th annual event was held in January 2025 and raised over $9,500 for the community.
