This website was nothing more than a proof of concept for a larger idea. It has been wildlly popular so I'm in the process of rebuilding it into something more robust, maintainable, and scalable.
Rosa’s Cocina brings authentic Puebla-style Mexican food to Sutter Creek, courtesy of co-owners Sean Fanopoulos and Chelsea Cavana (who also run Cavana’s Pub & Grub nearby). The menu draws on traditional recipes from Puebla, Mexico, featuring birria with rich dipping broth, enchiladas de mole poblano, sizzling fajitas, burritos, tortas, tacos, and quesadillas.
The 18-foot bar anchors the room and serves beer, wine, tequila selections, and specialty margaritas. Seating spans a comfortable indoor dining room and a covered outdoor courtyard that’s dog-friendly — a great spot on a warm Gold Country evening.
