Amador Catering serves events of all sizes across Amador County and the Gold Country foothills. They specialize in wood-fired barbecue cooked on a Traeger Commercial smoker, using a variety of hardwood pellets including oak, hickory, mesquite, apple, and cherry. Popular menu options include their signature tri-tip, Mediterranean chicken, herb pork loin, and prime rib, along with themed BBQ buffets for weddings, corporate events, and fundraisers.
