Petkovich Park

100 Water St, Jackson, CA

About This Venue

Located near historic downtown Jackson, Petkovich Park is a gathering place for visitors to the downtown area with public restrooms available. It is the location of the original volunteer fire department bell, once used for emergency call-outs.

The park is dedicated in honor of John Petkovich — friend, advisor, businessman, and civic leader whose foresight and actions were a major factor in the development of Jackson. It was given to the City of Jackson on August 12, 1989 by Wilhelmina Petkovich, for her husband.

During Dandelion Days, the Petkovich Park Stage hosts live music throughout the festival weekend.
