Founded in 1996 by Oliver and Robin Bray on 50 acres of prime Shenandoah Valley land, Bray Vineyards opened its tasting room in 2004 after years of supplying grapes to respected local wineries like Vino Noceto. The estate grows 20 grape varieties including Zinfandel, Barbera, Petite Sirah, Tempranillo, and Verdelho, and is known for playfully named wines like the BrayZin Hussy Red. The property also produces estate-grown extra virgin olive oil and offers a relaxed, family-run atmosphere in the heart of Amador wine country.
