D’Agostini Wines carries on a winemaking legacy stretching back over a century in Amador County’s Shenandoah Valley. The D’Agostini family first arrived from Italy in the early 1900s and became synonymous with soft, approachable Italian-style wines from Sierra Foothill vineyards. Today the relaunched brand offers tastings in a spacious art gallery tasting room on historic Steiner Road, pouring estate Zinfandel, Barbera, and a range of sweet and dry wines from twelve acres of family-managed vines. Note: The original D’Agostini Winery property at 14430 Shenandoah Rd was sold to the Sobon family in 1989 and is now Sobon Estate.
